“Hello” from Richard Reeves, Chief Chopper at SLICEDICE. I’ve served up websites, brands, and marketing initiatives for food and drink businesses across most categories. My past clients include McCormick-Schwartz, Fortnum & Mason Plc, Tanfield Foods, Bakehouse, FareShare, Michelin Star Chef Marc Fosh, Tropical Wholefoods, Paramount Seafoods, Clarence Court, Claire’s Handmade, Summer Isles Foods and more.

I’m certified in plant-based foods (Chad Sarno/Rouxbe) and professionally trained as a chef (Leith’s). I’m qualified in wines & spirits (WSET) and in distilling (IBD) and I’ve cooked in various Michelin star kitchens. So, I know my onions.

Alongside a life-long immersion in all-things epicurean, I spent many years in London’s world-leading marketing, branding and web agencies. I was, in part, responsible for campaigns for global brands like General Foods Kenco, Kodak and Marine Harvest amongst others. I also hold an MBA in Innovation Management from Imperial Business School, London.

GOODMINZ ~ veggie mince

Seeing how plants will revolutionise how people eat, we created and soft-launched GOODMINZ – mince made from fresh vegetables. 

We created four GOODMINZ products in a rainbow of colours – green, purple, orange and brown. Each is made from minced fresh vegetables and other wholesome ingredients like chickpeas and quinoa.

Alongside innovating the products, we created the branding, website and all aspects of the content, marketing, social and retailer sales materials.
